Installation and Setting

The most important thing on setting SCS plugin is defines the location of phpBender PHP file which named freebender.php; as this file is encoded using ionCube, you have to make sure that your web server allows you to install ionCube loader. Please refer to this document to get to know how to install ionCube Loader or refer to this document for complete instructions how to install phpBender on your web server.

If your web server allows you to locate any encoded file by ionCube in any directories, you may locate this file (freebender.php) on your public html directory; same location with Joomla configuration file (configuration.php). By this, you don't need to type anything in "phpBender PHP file location" field.

If you have to locate freebender.php file in a directory, then you should type the directory name but without the trailing slash at the end.e.g.

• /public_html/accname/ioncube/freebender.php, for this you should type ioncube in the "phpBender PHP file location" field
  
  
• /public_html/accname/ioncube/newdir/freebender.php, for this you should type ioncube/newdir in the "phpBender PHP file location" field
